Shipping

Your order will be shipped 1 to 4 days after reception of your payment.( unless exceptionally stated otherwise).
You must add to that time the “ delivery time” corresponding to your location.

Please double check your address in the form! COSMOGRAPHIES shall not be held responsible for any typing errors and the consequences in terms of delay or delivery error.

Delivery Time

The delivery time will differ depending on the location of delivery address, but can be estimated as follows:

France:4-8days

Germany: 1-4days

Rest of Europe:8-10 days

International :10-15 days ( or more depending of area)

Our art prints are sent in flat protected envelope. The delivery cost reflects the size of the packaging needed and the location of destination address.

Therefore prices will vary from one country to another. The Artprints collection is currently sent from Germany.

the shipping cost is subject to variations, depending on carrier and postal cost changes.
The postage of large quantity of Item , above a certain weight, could lead to shipping up-charges. If you plan on buying bulk quantities, please contact us to arrange quotation and postal costs.

Returns

Please email us to communicate your intentions to return your item, we will inform you of the procedure and return address.
You have a period of 14 days after reception to change your mind. If you wish to return the item and ask for a refund, please contact us prior to the end of that period to state your wish to return the article.We will then contact you to provide the return address.This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, except for the return costs which remain the responsibility of the customer.
Items returned must be in new condition and in their original packaging to allow for further marketing. Any item not respecting these characteristics will not be refunded or exchanged.
In case of loss or deterioration of the returned parcel, COSMOGRAPHIES will not be able to refund the order and the consumer will have to make a claim directly to his carrier.

If there is any missing, wrong items or damaged item in your parcel, please send us an email wishing 8 days. We will then propose the most appealing solution to your problem such as exchange, return, of wrong/damaged item and additional shipping of missing Item ( if availability permits it). If the mistake is on our side, we will take care of the shipping cost of the new postage needed.

damaged parcels: if you notice damage on the parcel upon delivery, you must directly inform the carrier ( important!) and file a complaint to the postal service.
COSMOGRAPHIES could not be held responsible for damage during shipping.

Custom Charges

Any order placed on the online shop and delivered outside of the EU may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the parcel arrives at its destination. These customs duties and any taxes related to the delivery of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.
